KYC & Documents
- Proof of ID (passport, driving license, ID card)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, official government letter)
- Proof of Payment Method
If I needed to verify my account, there is a dedicated ‘Verification’ page in the ‘My Account’ section. Here I found all the info I needed about which documents to provide and why in an FAQ style layout. There’s no dedicated upload portal though; it just says to upload documents via email or as an attachment in live chat when connected to an agent. This way of doing things always feels less secure to me than having a place to upload my required documents.
Also on the verification page, there’s a status bar. Mine was glowing red to show that my account isn’t currently verified, having not completed any KYC checks. I like this ability to view the status at a glance as some casinos hide this away and leave you second-guessing.
As it turned out, I was able to make two withdrawals, totalling ?, without the need to supply any documents or verify my account.
Banking

Clicking on ‘Deposit’, I was presented with a full list of payment options, fees, timescales and minimum amounts. I selected Mastercard and got a popup telling me that my player funds were to be held in a separate and secure account by L&L Europe Limited. There was also a link to set up my playing limits here. All good so far.
I clicked ‘Proceed’ and filled in my Mastercard Debit details at the next screen. Once I clicked ‘Deposit’, it took just a few seconds to be returned to the main casino lobby with my ?40 cash balance and ?40 bonus balance showing. The whole process was smooth, and I can’t fault All British here.
To make my initial withdrawal, I selected the same Mastercard Debit account that I used to make my deposit. All British Casino get minus points for having a minimum of ?20 per withdrawal. I feel that’s too high for small-time players like myself and would put me off using this casino in the future. I didn’t get any email confirmation of my deposit request, but it did disappear from my cash balance instantly.
I was impressed with the speed of my withdrawal. It took 15 hours for the casino to approve my withdrawal after I’d requested it. One of the fastest times I’ve seen for quite a while. The money was in my account around 22 hours later, so the full withdrawal was complete within 37 hours. My only slight bugbear was the block on making a second 300 deposit bonus casino withdrawal because one was already in progress. I’ve not encountered this before at any other casino, and I’m not sure why it’s impossible to have two pending withdrawals at once.
Another side offer is 10% cashback from any losses. The catch here is that it had to be manually activated by going to the ‘Cashback’ page in my account settings. This is easy to forget to do and would have been nice for this to be automatic. Although it’s advertised alongside the cash match welcome offer, I was unable to claim both. On the promotions page, it stated ‘Please keep in mind that deposits, where a bonus is included, do not contribute to the cashback’. So I needed to e I couldn’t activate both.
